Samples and Prototype Design
At Kejinrun, samples and prototype design are the crucial steps in transforming our ideas into actual products. Our design team uses advanced design software and 3D printing technology to quickly and accurately produce product prototypes. For samples, we strictly follow the customers’ requirements and product specifications during the production process. Every detail, from the exterior design to the internal structure, is meticulously crafted. Production
Our production process is a perfect combination of efficiency and quality. In our 15,000 – square – meter factory, we are equipped with advanced production equipment and automated production lines. More than 200 skilled workers work in an orderly manner under a scientific production management system. We adopt the lean production concept to optimize production processes, reduce costs, and improve production efficiency. From the precise cutting of raw materials, the fine assembly of components to the strict inspection of finished products, each process has detailed operation standards and quality monitoring. Our strong production capacity ensures an annual production of 150 million units, enabling us to meet our customers’ order demands in a timely manner.
